Born and raised in Haiti, Livingstone and Eunice Marcelin are both second generation Church of God ministers. Full-time ministry was never on their minds. However, God was working even when they did not see Him working. Livingstone holds a M. Div from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary while Eunice holds a MBA in Management from Pensacola Christian College. They are currently serving their beautiful people of the First Haitian Church of God located in Blades, DE. They are proud parents of two handsome boys and a gorgeous girl.
